MountainTop employees bring requisite experience to the company. Our Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Instructional Systems Design educators (ISDs) have over 15 years experience in business, technical, higher education, and government industries.

Instructional Systems Design Educators
ISDs write the storyboards for courseware development. They are responsible for client needs assessment, task analysis, and subsequent technical writing, and content conversion. The ISDs produce courses for instructor or computer-led training and web-based training. The ISDs also possess extensive experience in writing courses in accordance with strict SCORM or Section 508 compliance.
Software Engineers
Software engineers analyze course function to provide the user with an intuitive interface that promotes learning. They build interactivity into courses that are crucial to learner engagement. Engineers provide learning management system compatible delivery and learning content management systems. They test the final product for quality assurance before it is packaged and delivered to the customer.
